What PitchWar is

PitchWar is a browser party game. Friends invent products, pitch them, and an AI judge scores the round for entertainment. You can play on one device, or host an online room with a short code.

PitchWar is PitchWar. It is not marketed as part of another product family. The company name above is the current legal operator, not a brand you will see in the game.

Using PitchWar

You do not need an account to play. We create an anonymous session so the game, rooms, and optional purchases can work. You may later save a paid Game Night to an email address you control.

The person who pays for a pass must be able to enter a contract. In the UK that usually means they are 18 or over, or an adult is paying with authority. These terms do not try to pretend children cannot open a free party game in a browser.

Free play

Each day, a player identity can use two AI-judged rounds without paying. That allowance is a current product rule, not a lifetime promise of a specific number. Availability can be limited by reasonable security, abuse, or capacity controls, including rate limits and a circuit breaker that pauses judging if demand is unsafe.

Game Night and Weekend War

These are the paid products on sale today. They are one-off payments, not subscriptions.

• Game Night: £3.99, 24 hours of paid PitchWar access for the group, one payment, no auto-renewal.
• Weekend War: £5.99, 72 hours of paid PitchWar access for the group, one payment, no auto-renewal.

The purchaser (host or a room player who sponsors the night) buys access. Guests in that room do not need their own paid pass while the room is unlocked. The entitlement is attached to the purchaser's PitchWar identity. The same purchaser can keep using an active pass as the product currently works.

A room code lets people join a game. It does not prove that anyone has paid, and it does not transfer the pass.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling as charged at checkout. We do not state VAT treatment here. Checkout is handled by Stripe. PitchWar does not store full payment-card details.

PitchWar for Teams, credits, and other teasers are not for sale under these terms until they are actually offered.

Immediate access and cancellation

Paid access starts immediately after a successful purchase. Game Night lasts 24 hours. Weekend War lasts 72 hours. These are one-off purchases, not subscriptions.

Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. We do not ask you to waive cancellation rights, and checkout does not use a pre-ticked consent box.

If you buy by accident, or a material technical failure stops you using what you paid for, contact support promptly. We can provide a refund or another appropriate remedy where the law requires it, or where that is reasonably appropriate.

If the pass has not been used and you contact us promptly, we may refund rather than argue about how the product is classified. We do not promise unlimited refunds.

AI judging

Pitches are processed using AI. Judging is entertainment. Scores can be wrong, inconsistent, or absurd. Results are not company valuations, financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or professional business advice. AI does not guarantee originality or commercial viability. Savage or silly judge personalities are part of the game, not a real boardroom.

Your pitches and other game content

You keep the rights you legally have in content you submit. PitchWar needs a limited permission to host, display, process, judge, share in-game, and operate requested features such as room play and optional homepage roast snippets. We do not claim ownership of your inventions.

Submitting an idea does not register intellectual property. PitchWar does not guarantee uniqueness. Other players may independently create similar ideas. AI responses may resemble responses generated elsewhere.

PitchWar is a party game. Do not submit trade secrets, passwords, bank details, confidential business information, medical data, sensitive personal information, private information about other people, or anything you genuinely need to keep confidential.

Online rooms

People join rooms with a code or link. Other people in that room can see pitches, names, investments, and results once the round reaches those stages. Share invitations only with people you intend to play with. A room is not end-to-end encrypted, not invisible to PitchWar, and not completely private. PitchWar may restrict or remove content or access where legally or safety-required.

What is not allowed

Do not use PitchWar to:

• post or share illegal content
• facilitate crime, fraud, or scams
• make threats
• create or share child sexual exploitation or abuse material
• share intimate images unlawfully
• stir up unlawful hate
• seriously harass someone
• encourage or assist serious self-harm
• commit cyberflashing or other relevant sexual offending
• share terrorist content
• unlawfully share private information
• infringe other people's intellectual property
• attack or probe PitchWar's systems, or bypass payment or security controls

We do not claim that every pitch is pre-checked. If we are made aware of illegal content, we can remove or restrict it and, where required, escalate. Report concerns at /report. Safety decisions can be challenged using the process on our Safety page.

Availability

PitchWar is provided as a live hosted game. We may change, pause, or withdraw features, including for maintenance, safety, or abuse control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
